The Role of JAK2 V617F in Endothelial cells

We are interested in a group of haematological malignancies called the myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs).  We have previously demonstrated that endothelial JAK2V617F plays a key role in aberrant thrombosis/haemostasis (PNAS, 2014. 111(6): 2295-300), which is a common cause of morbidity and mortality in MPN patients.
